Fairoak Housing Association is a small, supported housing provider, offering a range of accommodation and support to adults with a learning disability across Cumbria and the Northeast.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Asset & Compliance Manager to join our small but highly motivated team based in Kendal, Cumbria. This is a new post, and we are looking for someone with the passion and drive to successfully deliver on all aspects of Statutory Compliance related to our properties. The Asset & Compliance Manager will work closely with the Chief Executive, ensuring that we meet all of our building safety obligations and will play a lead role in developing a professional customer focused asset management and compliance service.

The successful candidate will have the knowledge, skills and experience to be a highly effective Asset & Compliance Manager for an Association of our size and specialism. Most importantly we are looking for someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with the values and behaviours to complement our existing team. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential together with good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages. Due to the nature of the post, the candidate must possess a full current driving licence and be willing to travel across Cumbria and the Northeast.

The post is fulltime covering Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm and we offer the chance to work as part of our friendly team, generous holidays, contributory pension and excellent training opportunities.
