The Opportunity

Our client is an award winning, multi disciplined design practice that works across most property sectors, offering a range of client services including, but not limited to:

• Architecture
• Masterplanning
• Interior Design
• Regeneration
• Planning

Due to a steady pipeline of work, and a number of new & exciting instructions across a variety of sectors, we are instructed to source for an architectural technologist to join a well-established and growing, Northwest team.

Examples of current work include leisure & hospitality, residential, commercial and mixed-use  regeneration, across the UK.

Pre-requisites:

• Highly technical, having worked on several and varied projects
• Have good job-running experience, across all stages
• Excellent specification writing
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations
• Experience of AutoCAD and Revit

A salary of circa £45,000 (D.O.E.) is offered plus benefits, and my client offers real scope and support for career & professional development.
