      We are seeking a talented architectural technician with expertise in fire safety to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of architectural design while focusing on an essential aspect of building safety.

      This is a unique role, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with specialist fire safety product manufacturers and installers, to help provide the best solution.

      Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate fire safety measures into architectural designs.
      • Conduct thorough assessments of building plans to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
      • Provide expert advice on fire protection systems, materials, and construction methods.
      • Work closely with Contractors, and specialist product manufacturers
      • Develop innovative strategies to enhance fire safety without compromising design aesthetics.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fire safety in architecture.
      • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to address fire safety concerns and ensure project success.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
      • Proven experience as an Architectural Technician with a focus on fire safety.
      • In-depth knowledge of fire safety codes, standards, and regulations.
      • Strong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
      • Passion for innovation and a creative approach to problem-solving.
