With a fast expanding and diverse workload, IDL is seeking experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists for their Manchester and London offices.


You will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years practice experience in the UK
  • Be UK registered or RIBA Chartered with a proven track record  delivering small to medium projects.
  • Be experienced delivering projects from start to finish, and able to demonstrate at interview good people skills.
  • Be highly personable, able to demonstrate a confidence in your delivery and speak perfect English.
  • Be highly technically proficient (tested at interview) in AutoCAD, Revit would be advantageous.
  • Have an in depth knowledge of current planning and building regulations.

Architectural Technologists

You will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years practice experience in the UK
  • Have proven detailing ability and be able to produce working draw packages, unsupervised
  • Have experience of working on site in the UK
  • Have a detailed knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations
  • Be proactive and capable of running a team
  • Technically be a ten in AutoCAD (tested at interview). Experience in Revit will be an advantage
  • Have good interpersonal skills and able to run projects on site
