JOB | Property Litigation Associate/Partner

Kingsley Associates is now working with the leading Cheshire law firm with a service comparable to those in the 'magic circle'. There is now a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property litigation solicitor to join the team as associate/ partner level who will be tasked with dealing with a mixed and complex caseload of high value property related litigation.

In this property litigation position it is expected that you will have experience in a number of different areas including landlord and tenant, land issues, residential housing and property related professional negligence. Some understanding of Agricultural Holding Act tenancies/Farm Business tenancies, leasehold enfranchisement and service change disputes but be certainly useful but not essential.

Along with the knowledge described above, you will need to demonstrate an aptitude for business development and the confidence in growing the property litigation practice area. Organisation, strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills are all key attributes for success in this role and firm.
