J10 Planning is an independent and highly nimble commercial planning practice based in Chester. Established in 2003 and operating across the North West and beyond we keep busy working hard with a strong and loyal client base in maximising their value and across the sectors.

The practice is wishing to appoint a rounded and proven professional with at least 2 years PQE / MRTPI (preferably in both public and private sectors) who is looking for a fresh challenge and long term future in a small dedicated and happy team.

Creative flair, commercial vision, technical planning ability, business development ideas, efficiency, hard graft, confidence and self-motivation are sought.
