Senior Surveyor – Valuation

Key accountabilities

• A primarily fee earning role focused on delivering strong financial outcomes
• Meet and exceed personal financial targets set
• Provide an important contribution to regional team income
• Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately
• Support more senior team members on large or complex instructions
• Secure, maintain, and develop strong local client relationships
• Perform and execute valuations efficiently to consistent, exacting, and high standards, within deadlines
• Provide excellent quality advice and maintain high professional standards at all times
• Provide some technical support and advice for team members
• Organise time efficiently to facilitate the delivery of the role requirements

Qualification/experience

• MRICS qualified (2 years+ PQE)
• RICS registered valuer with strong technical valuation skills and knowledge of valuation techniques
• Experience in successfully meeting pre-defined financial targets
• Experience of operating in the property sector, likely to have some experience of the North Valuation market
• Customer and performance focused with ability to nurture and grow client relationships
• Candidate must be proactive, highly organised, and able to meet strict deadlines with attention to detail
• Articulate with excellent communication skills and strong collaborative/team work ethic
• Understanding of KEL, Argus Capitalisation and developer software (and VALOS)
