A new consultancy is entering the Manchester Market and are looking to shake things up. If you work for a consultancy, but are looking for a firm where things are done differently, this could be the position you have been looking for.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior level Quantity Surveyor to join a highly successful firm of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, working across the private sector. With a number of high profile North West clients already secured, this provides a fantastic foundation from which to grow.

As you will be joining the newly appointed Director in Manchester, you will have the opportunity to become an integral part of the team and carve out an interesting, fast-paced route to progression.

We are looking for an ambitious, client focused Surveyor, someone who is personable and highly skilled in communicating.

You will manage a high value existing client and will need to be in London regularly, there is also an opportunity to travel across Europe.

You will possess excellent experience in all aspects of providing quantity surveying and or project management consultancy services for high value projects, from inception through to completion.

You will be able to demonstrate the following;

• Ideally MRICS qualified
• Excellent client delivery attributes with solid experience in the commercial sector;
• Ability to win work and with a track record of developing clients / sectors within a previous business;
• Hard working, driven and relishes the challenge to help establish a new office;
• Solid background of JCT D&B & NEC;
• Good cost planning experience
• Team player

Membership of RICS or equivalent professional qualification
