Senior Property Surveyor

Duties

• Property Management and Information as part of the property management team including the management of the Property Management team.
• As the manager of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking complex property management activities including supporting the strategic asset management plan, property strategies and financial requirements.
• provide clear and concise property management advice including the preparation of necessary reports and meeting attendance.
• responsible for managing the property management team
• allocate and manage the undertaking of inspections, valuations, negotiations, acquisitions and disposals of all types of land and property from inception through to completion.
• signing off new lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals

Pre-requisites

• proven technical skills and experience within a similar role and have professional credibility and have an ongoing personal commitment to continuous self-development and professionally keeping up to date with any changes or new trends.
• knowledge of relevant legislation including but not limited to L&T Acts.

Salary Grade

• Senior Property Surveyor – Between £47,420 to £50,512
