Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Building Surveyor to join a thriving Building Consultancy team working across manufacturing, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, and public sector projects.

You’ll enjoy:

• Hybrid working (Manchester-based)

Day-to-day, you’ll be involved in:

• Project management and contract administration (small and large projects)
• Building surveys and technical due diligence (acquisition and disposal)
• Project monitoring and defect analysis
• Planned maintenance and remedial works
