Are you looking for a NEW home based position? We have a requirement for TWO experienced Mechanical & Electrical Asset Surveyor to join an existing team.
The successful candidate will have experience of Surveying & capturing M&E Asset data, in order to develop Asset registers. Experience working with CAFM systems would be advantageous. You will manage a team of c6 Surveyors, who are based across the England, you must therefore be highly organised and have the ability to manage and prioritise projects across the team.
The role is home based, but you will be required to travel nationwide, therefore you will live ideally within close proximity to good motorway networks.
You will work with a broad range of sectors, both public and private, including the NHS, universities, as well as major blue chip clients.
