Property Administrator

A well-regarded property firm with a strong market presence within Liverpool, are now looking for an enthusiastic and professional administrator to join the successful team, as a Property Administrator.
As the successful property administrator, you will provide a supportive role to the team.

Duties will include,
• Typing up reports and letters
• Diary Management
• Booking appointments for surveys
• Being a point of contact for tenants
• Assisting with the development of a comprehensive record system, and ensuring it is accurate and kept up to date.
• General administration duties as and when required by the team

As the successful property administrator, you will already come from an administration background, hold strong IT skills, and be highly organised. You will have a calm and professional working manner and have high attention to detail.

Salary is c£21,000+ doe
