Kingsley are exclusively retained by our client to recruit a Project Manager to join the property team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the environment and is looking to work in a role that makes a genuine difference in terms of sustainability.

Working on a range of projects based from the Warrington office, as the Project Manager, you will make a valued contribution in terms of delivering a range of complex schemes at sites across the UK, as part of the companies sustainability goals and strategy.

You will ideally have worked for a consultancy or client side organisation and will have a range of experience,  which could include commercial, industrial & manufacturing.

Essential:

You will hold a degree in either Project Management, Quantity Surveying or other similar construction related degree.

You will possess a full UK driving Licence.
