Knowsley’s programmes and projects team are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic manager to lead the team in providing support and a consistent approach to the management of the Council’s major programmes and projects. The successful applicant will have proven experience of leading a team delivering a comprehensive and dynamic service, which is flexible and responsive to needs.

  • Applicants must have a degree, formal qualification or proven experience of working in a complex programme or project environment.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with services in achieving the Council’s key priorities and objectives.
  • At Knowsley Council we will consider requests for flexible working.  For most roles, the following types of flexibility are usually possible: flexible hours, working from home, compressed hours, part-time.
