Professional Services – Senior Surveyor or Associate

BACKGROUND

Our client is an established and well respected multi-disciplined property consultancy that provides expert professional advice across a whole spectrum of commercial property within agency, management and professional Services.

The company acts for a diverse range of clients and the valuation team provides a full regional valuation service for loan security, expert witness, family and other valuations, across Cheshire, North Wales and beyond.

Due to expansion in its growing team, our client is looking to appoint of a new team member (to Associate Director level) to head up the professional services department, and manage the ever-increasing valuation and landlord & tenant workload.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To deliver a high-quality and professional service to an established client base, covering retail, office and industrial sectors
• To undertake valuations for non-secured lending purposes across the region
• To undertake landlord & tenant work including lease renewal, re-gears and rent reviews for both landlord and tenant clients.
• To have a key role in business expansion, promotion and marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Any candidate with the following skills and experience are encouraged to apply:-

• RICS qualified and registered valuer
• Working knowledge of legislation
• Local/regional market knowledge preferred but not essential
• Good social skills and ability to business network
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report writing abilities
• Good numerical ability
• Good IT skills
• Full clean driving licence
