Associate Architect

The company:

A rare opportunity has arisen for an Associate Architect to join a practice in Manchester. Due to a promising pipeline of projects the award-winning studio requires a talented architect with management capability. It is an excellent time to join the practice as they extend the structure of the business.

The role:

Managing a team to ensure successful delivery and plan schemes across to the region, the Associate Architect will impact the current management team with excellent technical expertise. As they take ownership of their own projects whilst mentoring a team the role will provide variety and the opportunity with work with autonomy.

Your skills:

A background in delivering medium/ large scale projects will ensure the Associate Architect is able to coordinate complex schemes to ensure successful delivery. Experience of strategic planning and the ability to develop and retain client relationships will from a key part of the role.  As the practice uses Revit a working knowledge of the software is required. Invitations to apply are also extended to aspiring architects who feel ready to progress to the next level.  The role would suit an ambitious and competent architect with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
