Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects meet client expectations, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Implement policies and best practices to enhance operational performance.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and service excellence.
• Serve as the primary contact for major clients, handling communication and problem-solving.
• Identify and leverage opportunities to expand services with current clients to boost loyalty and revenue.

Business Development and Networking

• Leverage industry connections to secure new business and grow the client base.
• Actively pursue new market opportunities within commercial and industrial scaffolding sectors.
• Represent the company at events and meetings to increase visibility and attract new leads.

Health and Safety Compliance

• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Regularly update safety policies and conduct site audits to uphold safety standards.
• Oversee staff training and certification to ensure compliance and promote best practices.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead and motivate the operational team, fostering engagement and high performance.
• Identify training needs and develop team capabilities to meet operational requirements.
• Set performance objectives and conduct regular feedback and reviews.

Financial and Performance Management

• Monitor and manage operational budgets to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
• Track KPIs and report insights, suggesting improvements to business owners.
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term forecasting for business growth.
