Niche/Specialist Valuation Surveyor – Associate Director / Director

The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading commercial real estate consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate Director or Director to join a niche/specialist Valuation team, that has a wide range of clients across the UK.

You will join an established national team, requiring suitable valuation experience to include either/or a mix of the following sectors:

• Trading & Leisure;
• Healthcare;
• Education;
• Hotels; etc

Key Requirements:

• Passionate about your career as a valuation surveyor
• Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to develop professionally.
• Details orientated.
• Personable, professional, and presentable

Remuneration includes:

• £50,000 to circa £75,000+ salary (D.O.E.)
