Due to the company’s continued success an opportunity has become available for an MRICS Lease Consultancy Surveyor to join the Manchester team.

Being part of this successful department, you will be responsible for providing rent review, lease renewal and related advice on mixed commercial (office, retail, industrial) space throughout the North West. You will provide advice to clients surrounding break clauses and lease restructuring, negotiating on client’s behalf to achieve the best possible outcome. Other duties will include carrying out property inspections, preparing client reports, and advising on court procedures.
