MRICS Building Surveyor

Clifton Gray is working with a leading property firm who have an exceptional reputation due to their successful track record and accomplished team.

Due to a sustained period of growth, the firm is looking to strengthen the Building Surveying team with the addition of an MRICS Building Surveyor to be based from their Liverpool Office.

Being part of the Liverpool BS function this role will suit a Building Surveyor with either Consultancy or Local Authority experience, somebody wanting to be part of a successful team, in a highly acclaimed business, with the opportunity to become integral to the department. Working with clients through the UK, you will be given the opportunity to grow and expand on your experience.

As part of this successful team, you will manage building surveying commissions, including dilapidation advice, prelease assessments, project management, risk assessments, and acquisition surveys – from contract administration to handover and much more.

Projects will vary in size and will include a number of sectors (residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and public sector)

In return, this position can offer the successful Building Surveyor continued career progression, a negotiable basic salary DOE and level (c£40,000-£50,000 DOE) coupled with a highly attractive overall package.
