Mechanical Design Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer with 3+ years’ experience to join an expanding and forward thinking consultancy. Our client is a multi-discipline consultancy working across various projects such as commercial offices, hotels and residential schemes.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be expected to; assist with the preparation of reports and front end studies; assist with the preparation of technical and contract documentation, liaise and co-ordinate with clients other members of the design team and contractors on technical and commercial issues.

The ideal candidate will have:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– General IT skills, knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office packages
– Experienced in the use of IES
– Recognised industry degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
