Leasehold Property Management Assistant

We currently have an exciting opportunity for highly professional and enthusiastic Leasehold assistant to join a busy property management team based in Southport.

Working within fast paced and demanding team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of apartment blocks,  ensuring that all buildings are running efficiently and safely, whilst delivering excellent customer service. Much of your day will be spent at various sites across the region, dealing with maintenance and organising building repairs, documenting and following up on repairs management,  directly liaising with leaseholders, contractors and landlords.

We are looking for a proactive problem solver who is able to ‘think on their feet’, competently make decisions and use a common-sense approach to daily challenges. You should be a confident and personable candidate who is able to take ownership of your clients and ensure that they receive an honest and efficient service, even when delivering some difficult conversations.

You will additionally be responsible for producing rent reports, formulating and issuing invoices and dealing with incoming payments.

In addition to having exceptional customer service skills, we are looking for a competent administrator, fully confident with MS office, basic finance reporting and possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.

The role would suit someone from the property or construction sector, ideally with some experience within the property management.

Salary £30,000k plus company car, clothing allowance and 5 weeks holiday (plus bank hols).

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9-5pm.
