Head of Housing Property Portfolio

Are you seeking a rewarding role, where you can support thousands of people around the UK, by helping them have a stable, affordable home? A social impact fund have an opportunity for a Head of Property Portfolio to lead on the management of their growing portfolio across the UK.

This is an important role for this innovative company, as the person they are looking for will play a key part in managing their growing portfolio of residential homes, currently c 1,000 and growing, which are owned by their Private Rented Sector (PRS) social impact property investment funds which they manage on behalf of investors. This role is instrumental in ensuring all aspects of our portfolio of homes are managed effectively.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience of working with the housing sector
• Experience of working with third party providers
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with partners
• Strong financial analysis skills with the capacity to work with the data to generate analysis which directs the portfolio.
• This role will suit a qualified surveyor with residential property leasing experience and a knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations.
