Head of Project Management & Lettings

We currently have a unique opportunity for a Head of Property Management and Lettings, to join a thriving property investment business based in South Manchester.

Our client is looking for a high calibre manager, to oversee and develop the property management and lettings function within a prestigious off plan property sales business, to support and grow the lettings portfolio across the UK.

Working alongside the investment sales team, you will take ownership of the current portfolio, with many units due for completion within the next few months. The investments have been sold to landlords as a complete managed package, so the department will source suitable tenants and fully manage the units, providing furniture packages, ensuring compliance and legislation is followed and providing a full Property Management service to all tenants and landlords.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PM/Lettings manager who is looking for a unique challenge to grow their own department, the role could evolve to a directorship for the right candidate.

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a driven, ambitious candidate who is looking for career progression and long-term career advancement, under the support of a hugely successful management team.

You must be fully ARLA qualified with an all-round knowledge of lettings legislation and the start to finish lettings process. The role would perhaps suit a current manager PM manager who has worked their way through the lettings industry from a grass root to management level.

We are offering a lucrative package including basic salary £50,000 – 60,000k, plus OTE £80,000k and a company car/allowance. There may be some UK based travel within the role.
