Overview:

Join us at the forefront of an exciting expansion phase! We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead a new Environmental Consultancy & ESG division. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and define the future of our clienst company in a rapidly evolving industry. Working closely with the Managing Director and Head of Marketing and Research, you will be instrumental in targeting new clients and expanding our service offerings, with an initial focus on ESG consultancy for developers, funders, and asset managers.

Responsibilities:

Client Targeting and Service Development:

• Collaborate with the Managing Director and Head of Marketing and Research to identify and target new clients.
• Develop a comprehensive range of services, with an initial focus on ESG consultancy

Service Offerings:

• Provide expert advice on planning applications and sustainability statements.
• Conduct benchmarking activities.
• Perform BREEAM assessments and reviews.
• Offer certification advice.
• Provide cost appraisals.
• Conduct CRREM analysis.
• Oversee data collection and auditing.
• Perform energy efficiency assessments and audits.
• Review EPC (Energy Performance Certificate).
• Assist in ESG reporting and strategy development.
• Conduct extreme weather resilience assessments.
• Generate improvement reports.
• Provide advice on mitigating measures and heating/cooling strategies.
• Offer guidance on new build versus retro-fit strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold a higher education qualification in a relevant subject.
• Chartered or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and expertise.

Leadership and Team Growth:

• Effectively grow and lead a team.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, efficient, and organized.
