The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) has a vision for a fairer, stronger, cleaner city region where no one is left behind. Located in the LCRCA’s Investment and Delivery Directorate, these posts offer the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of this vision.
As Head of Development, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing the Transport Development and Housing Delivery Teams, developing a pipeline of housing and transport projects ready for investment, overseeing the development of full business cases, and working in partnership with our Local Authorities and wider stakeholders.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in fast-paced environments, has experience of successfully leading and managing teams, developing projects in readiness for investment and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
You’ll also have a good understanding of local government, the wider public sector and experience of working closely with senior leaders.
Finally, like us, you’ll have a passionate commitment for the Liverpool City Region and it’s 1.6million residents and as the successful candidate you’ll demonstrate our three key behaviours of LCR First, Action Focus and Respect.
As an equal opportunities’ employer, we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons and all appointments will be made on merit.
