Estate Agent

Our client is highly successful Estate Agent with a huge market presence in south Liverpool. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the company.

This is a fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to work with a fantastic team.

Duties of the role will include:

• Generating new business
• Marketing properties across various portals to ensure maximum exposure
• Keeping vendors up to date on the marketing of their properties
• Taking enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Organising valuations and viewings
• Negotiating sales, liaising with vendors and buyers
• Nurturing your own pipeline of potential sellers/new property listings
• Meeting & exceeding sales targets set by management
• Cross selling financial and conveyancing services
• Meeting daily KPIs and working within an extremely fast paced office

This is a great opportunity to work within a prestigious organisation, who offer a competitive salary and commission package along with a clear path to progression. To be considered for this role, you must have experience within property sales and be driven to succeed in a highly competitive market.

Basic salary £25,000 – £30,000 plus genuine OTE £45,000.

Working hours Monday – Friday 8.45-5.30pm plus every other Saturday 10-4.
