Development Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced quantity surveyor who would like the opportunity to work on some high profile, exciting development projects? As a result of a number of project wins, we are looking to appoint an experienced quantity surveyor, with a background in commercial development projects.

Perhaps you are fed-up of working for a large, faceless corporates and do not get the level of responsibility and exposure that you crave. This is a unique role, where you will be working with an experienced, talented team, in a fast-paced, exciting environment. You will work with well-known commercial clients, delivering high value projects across the UK.

We are looking for candidates who have ideally worked within a consultancy environment, and will have worked on private sector projects. We are paying a competitive package of c.£40,000-55,000 dependant on experience. We want you to look at the bigger picture, being part of a company with a proven track record that is on a journey, this is an exciting firm, career progression is available in bucket loads, it’s down to you.

About you

Qualifications are not important. We’re more interested in a solid track record. That said, you need to bring at least 70% of what we need to the table; this is not training ground, it’s a place for intelligent, switched on individuals who get things done.

The company will grow significantly over the next 18 months, so we need people who can work on their own initiative. That means you have not only lived and breathed building development projects, but you know Quantity Surveying inside and out and upside down.

You will be able to demonstrate that you can produce detailed and accurate information and be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
