Development Consultancy – Surveyor up to Senior Associate

The Client:

Our client is well respected firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants with a large network of offices that provides comprehensive property advice to Public and Private Sector Organisations and their clients hold some of the largest property portfolios in the country.

The national Planning & Development team offers one of the largest integrated teams in the sector and continues to grow. With a blue-chip client base, they are a highly experienced, personable team with real depth of skill, knowledge, innovation commitment and resource.

Development Surveyors – between Surveyor to Senior Associate – are required to join this highly experienced and successful Development team, in the Manchester office.

Ambitious, commercially minded and technically excellent individuals are required to work collaboratively in further establishing the Manchester Development team. The individuals shall take an active role in business development, leading projects and supervising junior team members.

The Individual:

My client requires individuals with excellent track record in property and development and hold strong relationships with your clients and demonstrate an ability to win new business.

Ideally (but not essential) you will have an existing client and connections/relationships base comprising investors, developers, landowners, and public sector organisations.

You are required to demonstrate at a minimum:

• A proven academic and career record.
• Excellent commercial acumen, networking skills and the ability to participate effectively.
• The ability to establish effective relationships at all levels both inside and outside of the business.
• The ability to use knowledge and information to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
• Business Development capability for more senior applicants
• Experience in supervising, mentoring, and training junior colleagues.
