The Opportunity

Our client’s National Development Consultancy team provides a diverse range of service to its’ loyal client base on large-scale regeneration project as well as smaller infill developments. With a motivated and agile team, they are looking to grow its’ national capability in the northern region.

The ideal candidate needs to be a leader in the market and have strong development consultancy experience; this can include a background that includes land agency, and/or a background that includes viability, regeneration, valuation and appraisal work.

The role will also require business generation, leadership, management and growth of a new team, project delivery experience, and a demonstrable track record of fee generation and the successful candidate will have genuine career progression prospects.
