About the Role
A Valuation Surveyor (RICS qualified & Registered Valuer) is required for a well-respected and independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, based in Cheshire.
The instructions are predominantly Commercial with some Residential valuation work, (training provided where necessary) covering the whole of the Northwest of England.
Client base is longstanding and growing, ranging from individuals to institutions, and the diversity of work is wide, providing an interesting mix. You will form part of a dedicated, and long-standing valuation team.
Qualifications Required
You will need to be RICS Qualified, and a Registered Valuer
Remuneration
- £60,000 – £70,000 plus Bonus/Commission
