The Client:

Our client is a leading regional real estate consultancy whom, as a business, it works with investors, developers, and occupiers in both the public and private sector.

A Lease Advisory Surveyor / GP Surveyor is required to work with existing and new clients to offer professional assistance with lease restructuring, rent reviews and lease renewals, including more general leasing advice etc.

They work across all sectors of commercial property covering all aspects including but not limited to retail, office and industrial.

The Opportunity:

A Chartered Surveyor at Surveyor up to Director level is required, to support the existing client-base as the company is fortunate enough to have a very strong client book, providing a significant workload and income stream potential for the right person to pick-up and manage from day one.

Your attributes:

• A Chartered Surveyor with a background in Aset Management and or Lease Advisory work
• From Surveyor up to Senior level
• Passionate about your career
