Our client provides advice on a range of property matters and due to continued success is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Commercial Agency Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join their Manchester city centre office.

With an excellent regional and national client base, industry contacts and a highly qualified and professional team, the client has grown to be a successful and dynamic firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Managers and one of the top regional property consultants in the UK.

The Role:

• To join the existing Agency team to deal with private treaty sales and lettings
• Dependent upon experience, you may either be surveyor/senior surveyor level
• The instructions are a mix across various commercial types
• Reports and works alongside the Head of Agency and other team members

The Candidate:

• RICS qualification is preferred but not essential if the candidate is experienced or has a proven track record in Agency of at least 2 years.
• Effective and professional technical and communication skills.
• A self starter who can hit the ground running
• Ability to work in a team – a team player
• Driven, confident, with excellent self management skills,
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Some background knowledge/experience of commercial property market
• Ability to deal with the public, clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong sense of customer/client service.
• Attention to detail.
• A dynamic individual looking for an excellent career opportunity within a successful company
• Geographical location – the whole NW, from Carlisle to Stoke-on-Trent
• Full UK Driving Licence

Remuneration:

• Competitive Salary (£35k – £45k p.a.) depending on experience
