The Opportunity

Kingsley is instructed to appoint a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager on behalf of one of the leading land & property regeneration organisations in the UK, for its Manchester office.

The role is to join a highly successful development team, working across commercial, industrial / logistics and residential schemes, across the Northwest.

You will be responsible for:

• Development appraisals, procuring and leading the multidisciplinary, external professional teams
• Liaising with and reporting to the stakeholders, funders and internal management
• Managing the development process of projects within your portfolio
• Working closely with end-users, developing the specification and high-quality delivery

Candidates from a broad range of backgrounds may be considered including but not limited to similar development manager/surveyor roles, from either a developer or consultancy background.
