Business Rates Payment Administrator

A highly reputable Chartered Surveyors in the North West is looking for an experienced Business Rates Administrator to join their successful team.

This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who has knowledge and experience of business rates logistics, coupled with a clear understanding of calculating rate liabilities.

Duties within the role will include,
• Using Rating technology and software to check and verify rate bills
• Liaising with councils and clients to resolve queries where rates bills were not approved
• Assisting the team of surveyors with general support
• Chasing and reconciling refunds
• Generating and updating bespoke client reports
• Carrying out audits
