Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for an exciting new opportunity in Liverpool? We have an excellent opportunity for you working within a successful form of commercial Surveyors!

We are looking for an individual with the ambition and drive to provide an effective and efficient service to clients, whilst continually striving to improve your contribution and value. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise with colleagues, as well as help to develop new business opportunities.

You will have the confidence to liaise with Senior Colleagues and the Associate Director to help build a positive, high-performing team environment and to position the perception and recognition of the brand externally, building awareness and loyalty.

You should be competent in all technical aspects of the role, including providing guidance and technical advice to different levels of stakeholders, preparation of bid documentation, and applying the principles of quality assurance, environmental and health & safety management in compliance with the organisation’s accreditations.

In addition to this, you should have experience in client relationship management, meeting workload and resource requirements, being a good ambassador for the business and the profession, and assisting other senior colleagues to implement the business plan by developing business opportunities in line with the company strategy.
