Building Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, ambitious and proactive Intermediate Building Surveyor to join an established team in Liverpool. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of sectors, including Healthcare, Higher Education, Affordable Housing, Residential and Commercial. This will provide you with ample opportunity to undertake your APC.

This is a new and exciting role, due to an increase in new instructions. The successful candidate will benefit from exposure to a wide variety of projects and professional work, including;
Condition Surveys, pre-acquisition Surveys, dilapidations, party wall advice and report writing;
You will also have the opportunity to undertake specification writing, tender analysis, compiling planned maintenance and Life Cycle costing programs and contract administration.

You will hold a Building Surveying degree; have experience of managing projects, be able to work independently, a good understanding of commercial property and be keen to undertake your APC.

Candidates will also have a full driving licence.
