Senior Property Manager/Head of Property Management (Progression Opportunity)

Our client is a respected and growing Estate & Lettings Agency, seeking a talented and proactive property professional to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s ready to progress swiftly into – or step straight into – a Head of Property Management position.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike. You’ll manage day-to-day operations within the property management department and play a key role in shaping processes, supporting staff, and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of managed properties
• Handle maintenance, renewals, inspections, and compliance matters
• Serve Section 21 and Section 8 notices confidently and correctly
• Support and mentor team members
• Ensure all legal and company standards are upheld
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues efficiently
• Work closely with senior management to optimise department performance

About You

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in property management (estate/lettings agency background essential)
• Confident in serving legal notices (Section 21, Section 8)
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress into leadership
• Ideally experienced in team supervision or management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
