We are looking to appoint a senior or associate level principal designers to join a national construction consultancy. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of sectors, both public and private, varying in complexity and value.
The firm operate flexible working, and we are seeking candidates based in and around Manchester.
The successful candidate will have gained experience working within a consultancy environment
The successful principal designer and CDM consultant will;
- Possess a good and up to date working knowledge of construction, design and management CDM2015
- Hold a NEBOSH national certificate in construction health and safety
- Ideally hold IMaPS – membership of association of project safety
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be highly organised
- Be client facing
- Enjoy working within a close-knit team
