Associate Director/Director of Engineering

This is a rare opportunity, with incredible potential, based in Liverpool. As Associate Director, you will lead an existing team of engineering professionals, you will draw upon a clear track record of managing and delivering projects within a diverse client base, in multi-stakeholder environments.

This appointment could also include candidates who have already reached Director level.

As an inspiring leader, you will become a trusted and influential voice within the organisation. This is a key appointment, which comes with a generous salary and package, as such, we are looking to secure a superstar within the engineering world.

Candidates will have a background in either Building Services or Structural Engineering.

You will have a good network of contacts across the region and hold a reputation for delivering a high quality service to clients.

Key requirements:

• A Chartered professional in either, Mechanical, Electrical or Structural Engineering
• Proven track record in work winning and client development
• Ability to manage a multi-disc team and nurture aspiring talent
• A passion for delivering sustainable design
• Experience gained within a UK based consultancy
