Assets Project Manager

VACANCY REF: CK18924

We have a requirement for a graduate Mechanical & Electrical Asset Surveyor to join an existing team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience of Surveying & capturing M&E Asset data, in order to develop Asset registers. Experience working with CAFM systems would be advantageous.

The role is home based, but you will be required to travel nationwide, therefore you will live ideally within close proximity to good motorway networks.

You will work with a broad range of sectors, both public and private, including the NHS, universities, as well as major blue chip clients

The Role includes:

• Asset collection of M&E items
• Formulate asset registers.
• Provide lifecycle reports for M&E plant
• Providing advice around M&E lifecycle management.
• Home based – nationwide travel

Essential Requirements

• M&E experience
• M&E Qualifications

Desirable

• Surveying experience
• Knowledge of sfg20
• Degree in M&E or similar
