JLL promotes 14

The property consultancy has promoted 14 of its North West team across 11 specialisms, including two appointments to national director level.

The promotions include an appointment to regional director level, Heather Morrey in property and asset management and two appointments to national director level; James Porteous of the national investment team and Jonathan Wiedemann in buildings and construction.

In the residential agency team, Louise Emmott has become a local director and Tina Clinton an associate director.

In addition, Andrew Lynn of industrial and logistics, Frazer Sandwith of planning and development and Carol Stollery of property and asset management have all been promoted to local directors.

Matt Harber of corporate accounts, Louise Hunter of retail management, Georgina Rose of valuation advisory, Rosie Williams of property and asset management and Timothy Russell of buildings and construction have all been promoted to associate directors and Andrew Rands is now a senior surveyor in office agency.

Two new team members have also been hired; Anna Roberts as a surveyor in building consultancy team and Stuart Collier as senior surveyor in valuation advisory.

David Lathwood, lead director for the North West at JLL, said: “The Manchester office’s latest round of promotions is further evidence on the level of skill we have on the ground here and the extent of our investment in developing our people.
