Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Chris Wilman as a building surveyor in its project and development services team based in Manchester.
In his new role Wilman will work across a wide range of building surveying projects including pre-acquisition and condition surveys together with refurbishments, alteration and extension of commercial/industrial property.
He joins from Scanlans Consultant Surveyors LLP and has ten years' experience.
Nick Currie, director in Jones Lang LaSalle's project and development services team in Manchester, said: "I am delighted to welcome Chris to the team. His appointment further strengthens our ability to serve our clients with high quality advice, expertise and experience."
