JLL brings cost management to Manchester

JLL has appointed associate director Matt Handley to advise on cost management in the North West, with a remit to grow a team to advise on development and refurbishment projects.

Handley has joined JLL following nearly 16 years at global project and cost management firm Faithful & Gould.

As part of JLL’s 40-strong, national cost management team, the new Manchester service will work alongside JLL’s established building consultancy, project management, property and asset management, and development agency teams based in the North West.

Handley said: “The residential and commercial markets in Manchester are both showing signs of continued strength. This, alongside the variety of refurbishment and reconfiguration work across different asset classes, made establishing a cost management service here a clear choice.”
