Lambert Smith Hampton has announced that Abid Jaffry, head of Northern capital markets, is leaving the company.
Jaffry said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at LSH. Over the last five years I have overseen the successful growth of the Manchester office, and led the thriving Northern capital markets team through challenging conditions. It is now the right time in my career to pursue a new and exciting opportunity and I will be announcing my plans very shortly.”
Jaffry joined LSH as head of capital markets in Manchester and later took on the role as head of office prior to taking on his last role.
Matt Scrimshaw, regional director, added: “Abid joined at a time when LSH was going through a period of transformation and we would like to thank him for his significant effort and contribution. Our dedicated team of 10 capital market specialists will continue to work throughout our North region and we will be making an announcement on the future growth of our team in due course.”
A spokesperson from LSH added: “We have an investment team comprising of three director-level investment specialists who cover all occupational sectors. Stephen Proudley, head of NW transactional agency, oversees the investment team and will continue to do so. He is keen to grow the team organically, but has no immediate plans to expand it.”
