Irwin Mitchell strengthens contract dispute team

The national law firm has appointed Emma Giles to its property and commercial litigation department in Manchester.

Giles joins from Walker Smith Way in Chester, where she specialised in dealing with professional negligence disputes on behalf of lenders.

The commercial litigation team in Manchester operates on behalf of a wide range of clients including E.On, InBev, Scottish & Newcastle Pub Company, Bank of America, Lloyds Banking Group and Heineken UK.
