IntelliCentrics leases 7,000 sq ft at 55 Spring Gardens
The global health technology company is to relocate to the Manchester city centre office building from its current UK base at Orbit Developments’ Regent House in Stockport.
US-headquartered IntelliCentrics UK, which specialises in healthcare policy, security and compliance, has signed to occupy 7,204 sq ft on the third floor of asset manager Aviva Investors’ 55 Spring Gardens.
Consultancy OBI Property is overseeing refurbishment works to the space on behalf of IntelliCentrics, while Sixteen Real Estate is the joint leasing agent for 55 Spring Gardens. IntelliCentrics is moving its 35 staff into the office.

The property, which sits adjacent to Manchester’s King Street retail hub, offers 55,700 sq ft of commercial space in the city centre.
Aviva won planning consent in June to convert a vacant ground floor office in the building into a Scandinavian-style café and bar run by Beatnikz Republic Brewing Company. The Cheetham Hill-based operator also runs a bar in Dale House in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
