Intega hires Trotter

Intega, the building consultancy based at Manchester’s Chancery Place, has recruited Michael Trotter as it strengthens its project management team.

Trotter has spent the last four years in New York, working as a project manager for conservation specialist Preserv.

Richard Pearse, managing director of Intega, said: “I think it’s really positive to hear that Manchester was Michael’s first choice on coming back to the UK and that he has chosen to relocate to the North West rather than accept offers made by London firms. Manchester is a great place to be at the moment and the market is very busy.”

Trotter will work on existing retail, leisure and office commissions as well as historic assets.

Intega said it has seen a significant increase in demand for project management services across all sectors in recent months. The firm was established three years ago as a niche business by ex-JLL man Pearse and employs six people.
