Insurer appoints Knight Frank to sublet King Street base

Agent Knight Frank has been instructed to market 12,700 sq ft of office space at 55 King Street, Manchester on behalf of insurer Hastings Direct.

The insurance company is planning to relocate and wants to sublet the second floor of the building. David Porter, head of North West commercial at Knight Frank, commented: "As we are located in 55 King Street ourselves, we are well placed to market this premises and we have no doubt that the location and quality of the accommodation will prove attractive to potential occupiers looking to be in the heart of the city's commercial core."
