Insight takes 9,000 sq ft in Spinningfields

The IT solutions firm is relocating to Mapletree’s 395,000 sq ft 3 Hardman Street in Manchester from Salford Quays.

Insight will be moving to its new 9,000 sq ft office from Picton Properties’ Metro Building, where it has been based since 2011.

The letting takes the Spinningfields building to 93% let as Insight joins occupiers including JMW, BNY Mellon and Pinsent Masons.

Fiona Lyons, vice-president of asset management for UK and Ireland at Mapletree, said: “Our high occupancy level is a testament to the versatility of space we offer which is large, column-free office space of excellent quality, giving our occupiers the freedom to create a working environment best suited to their needs.”

Mapletree was represented by JLL and Insight was advised by Savills.
